App & backend
Data we process
The app processes data to provide its functionality and insights, including:
- Account data: email address and user ID
- User-provided content: daily entries, notes, and custom metrics you create
- Apple Health data (optional): only the data types you explicitly allow in Apple Health permissions
- Location data: precise location (if enabled) to retrieve contextual data such as weather

- Optional integrations (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent, e.g. Apple Health, location)

Storage and processors
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The app backend is hosted with Supabase. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the service.
International transfers
Depending on provider infrastructure, data may be processed in countries outside your jurisdiction. Where required, appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) are used.
Retention
App data is stored as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time. Website log data is retained only as long as necessary for security and operation.
Account deletion
You can delete your account directly in the app. Upon deletion, your personal data and associated content are removed from our systems within a reasonable period, unless legal retention obligations apply.
No medical advice
Correlytics provides statistical insights for personal reflection. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., EU GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object or withdraw consent where applicable.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data (e.g. encryption in transit, access controls).
